The Elsie De Wolfe Foundation is a non-profit private foundation dedicated to advancing the study and appreciation of the decorative arts in the United States.
Its deceased founder, Elsie De Wolfe, is considered by many as the First Lady of American decorating, having initiated the profession in the early 20th century. The Elsie De Wolfe Foundation, through its Los Angeles-based board of directors, fund museum exhibitions, lectures, and scholarships as well as other projects directly related to the decorative arts.
