Welcome:

Jeff Pluth

Presently the General Manager for EMS Exhibits Las Vegas, Inc., where he was hired to turn around a CBS-branded attraction, Jeff is privileged to have been involved with the Point Foundation since 2006 as a donor, a Mentor to a Point Scholar from 2007 – 2010 and a member of the Legacy Circle.

It took twenty five years of professional employment in the entertainment industry, before Jeff came to the realization that the profession chose him; not he the profession. Managing touring projects for entities ranging from concerts to Broadway theatrical productions and Cirque du Soleil provided him with a depth of exposure to cultural diversity, international management experience and an appreciation for being able to work alongside others for whom thinking out-of-the-box was de rigueur. During his time at Cirque du Soleil, one of his most personally rewarding experiences was the opportunity to partner with five individuals to coach and help develop their talents which led to their advancement within the company.

Jeff holds his B.A. in Music Business Administration from Colorado Christian College, Lakewood, Colorado.

In addition to affiliations with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids and AFAN, Jeff is a board certified member of the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers.

Point offers mentorship, leadership development and community service training to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) students.
