James Patton, III

Jim brought to his business, his natural ability to cultivate business relationships into long term contracts that would continue to grow his enterprise into a stable and established business entity known throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.  With a staff of over 50 employees, he cultivated business relationships with large corporations that included Benchmark Contractors, Trammel-Crow, Coldwell Banker, Cushman Wakefield and several other major development companies.

After acquiring his California State contractor’s license, Jim was able to use that as a segway into property renovations for clients as well as his own real estate investments. After selling Perfection Services after 25 years of operation, he now develops partnerships and engages, as construction manager, with other investors on a national level, primarily conducting business in Southern California and Colorado.

Jim has associated himself with several organizations. He has participated in numerous mentoring programs on the high school level throughout the years.  He is an international traveler, and divides his time between Los Angeles, Colorado and Switzerland.  He enjoys competitive sports and skiing.
