Danielle Knight

Danielle Knight recently joined the legal department at HBO, as Vice President & Senior Counsel in the Los Angeles office. She spent the past eight years at Warner Bros. Television, most recently as Vice President, Legal Affairs, where she served as an production attorney on numerous television pilots and series such as Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory, Smallville and One Tree Hill. In addition to covering series in production, she handled contracts for assigned television development projects as well as WBTV’s original new media productions. Prior to joining WBTV in 2002, Danielle was an associate at the law firm Business Affairs, Inc., where she performed legal services for clients such as HBO and Lionsgate. Danielle’s entertainment industry experience also includes film production (Avenue Pictures), film distribution (Miramax Films) and talent management (Imparato Knight Fay Management). Born and raised in New Orleans, Danielle received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to her service for Point Foundation, she has served on the Board of Directors of Outfest (and was Co-President of the Board for two of her seven years of service) and has volunteered her time for GLSEN.
