LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY
REPORTS TO: Development Director - WEST; Development Director - EAST
OVERVIEW: The Corporate and Foundation Development Officer works closely with Board members and staff to identify, solicit, and steward institutional prospects and donors. S/he will support the Development Directors (East & West) in cultivating long-term, comprehensive relationships with all institutional funding and grant-making entites, including corporations, foundations, and philanthropic organization.
REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of proven fundraising experience with institutional donors - corporations, foundations, and philanthropic organizations - is required. Candidates must have familiarity with LGBTQ community & related social issues.
