Darren Doutt
Events ManagerDarren Doutt is proud to make his Point Foundation debut as Events Manager. Formerly serving as Special Events Manager at The Trevor Project, Darren is also no stranger to the Los Angeles entertainment world, having in most recent years company managed the LA musical premieres of The Black Rider at the Ahmanson Theatre and Disney’s The Lion King at the Pantages Theatre. He has also toured the United States and Canada several times managing the national tours of Disney’s The Lion King, Ragtime, The Musical, and Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding. Darren’s New York credits include managing the original Broadway revival of Chicago, The Musical and serving as Event Coordinator for The Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall for two seasons. He has also served as a press associate for top Broadway productions and actors. Darren is most proud of his involvement on the management/ production staff at Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS in New York. Darren holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism/ Public Relations from Indiana University of PA. Darren currently resides in Studio City, CA. |
