On Thursday, May 6, 2010 over 150 gathered at the Equality Center at Human Rights Campaign for Point Foundation’s annual Washington DC fundraising event. We are happy to report that the event has raised over $51,000 (including $4,800 in in-kind support) for Point Foundation. In addition to scholar speakers Caeden Dempsey and Anna McCrerey, guests also enjoyed a brief presentation by Kerry Eleveld, White House Correspondent for The Advocate. Point Regional Trustee Glen Ackerman, Regent Brian Branton and Managing Development Director Michael Marino also addressed the crowd.
