Jonathan completed his undergraduate degree in Commence from Queens University. Troubled by how few of his gay friends had similar coming out experiences, after graduation Jonathan began working in LGBT related activities hoping to make the coming out process easier for others. Within six months of getting a job at a Fortune 500 company, Jonathan took on the leadership position of the LGBT employee network and led efforts to secure corporate sponsorship of Gay Pride events and launched the company’s first LGBT recruiting efforts in Canada. After two years with the company, Jonathan decided to go back to school to pursue a Master of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School where he became an active member of the LGBT Student Association and worked with the Admissions Department to increase LGBT applicants and encourage more students to consider careers in business. Jonathan is now working as an Account Director of Live Nation Entertainment.
