Terry Longmore

Terry Longmore is a Senior Systems Analyst with Jackson Health System in Miami, Florida and works mostly with business intelligence and decision support systems.

Terry’s father was an officer in the U.S. Army and Terry grew up living overseas and across the country. He graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Management Information Systems and Accounting, passed the CPA and CISA exams, and completed graduate studies at UCLA. After decades of programming and managing some of the largest computer systems in the world, Terry still feels more like an undergraduate freshman than a seasoned technology guru.

South Florida is the perfect place for Terry to pursue his other passion: scuba diving amongst the amazing coral reefs and sea life in the open ocean and the Florida Keys.  Terry helped introduce Point Foundation to the South Florida LGBTQ community as a host of Point’s first Cornerstone event in Miami. He continues working hard to make sure educating our LGBTQ youth is a priority in this Southern state.

Point offers mentorship, leadership development and community service training to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) students.
